Two weeks in Edinburgh, London and West Sussex

The 2019 European adventure begins and ends in the United Kingdom. Two days in London to set the body clock, then on to Edinburgh.

A night photography tour with Aperture Photo Tours helped me get some great photos. This photo is at the base of Victoria Terrace, in the Edinburgh Old Town.

Standing on a traffic island, I quickly set up the tripod and capture this 30-second long exposure of cars and buses screaming by and Scott Monument in the distance.

If you're in Edinburgh and want to see all the main sights, Carlton Hill is a must. A short climb up some stairs and you get to take in expansive views of the old town and out toward the water and Leith.
